EY Announces Doug Clements of American Eagle Ready Mix 
as an Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2023 Mountain West Award Winner

Salt Lake City UT, June 19, 2023 – Ernst & Young LLP (EY US) today announced that CEO, Doug Clements of American Eagle Ready Mix was named an Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2023 Mountain West Award winner. The Entrepreneur Of The Year Awards program is one of the preeminent competitive awards for entrepreneurs and leaders of high-growth companies. Doug was selected by an independent judging panel made up of previous award winners, leading CEOs, investors and other regional business leaders. The candidates were evaluated based on their demonstration of building long-term value through entrepreneurial spirit, purpose, growth and impact, among other core contributions and attributes.

Kate Macfarlane is a sophomore at Murray High and dances on the drill team. Kate has aplastic anemia, which is a rare bone marrow failure disease. Her bone marrow suddenly stopped producing red blood cells, white blood cells and platelets in August 2021. She has frequent blood transfusions to keep her going. She is currently undergoing treatment to try and get her into remission.

 Salt Lake City Utah — October 17, 2022 — American Eagle Ready Mix Utah LLC today announced it was named to the 2022 Utah 100, MountainWest Capital Network (MWCN)’s annual list of the fastest-growing companies in Utah. American Eagle ranked No. 42 out of 100 companies and was honored at the 28th annual Utah 100 Awards program, held at the Grand America Hotel in Salt Lake City.  “I want to thank every employee and customer who has contributed to this great award and accomplishment. UDOT thanks state trooper who intercepted car in active construction zone

Although we weren’t on the job site, we partner often with Wadsworth who had their workers there. We sit on the Highway Safety Committee and want to show our support for all our fellow construction workers who are protected by the UHP. We have donated money for an award for Lt. Cox, whose bravery saved the lives of the road crew that could have been us.
